Using advanced finite element analysis, the bed delivers exceptional rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term precision, processing consistency, and extended tool life. A stress relief treatment enhances accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail and screw pre-tension drive system further amplify response rigidity.toboost accuracy and stability, our machine incorporates a high-strength roller rail design and a pre-tensioned screw drive system, enhancing the overall response and rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be machined simultaneously, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and streamlining processes. The second spindle delivers full turning capabilities and allows for real-time workpiece expression during machining, drastically reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: featuring a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

This innovation effectively eliminates spindlevibration, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. It significantly enhances workpiece surface finish.

A rear-mounted rotor facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor features a cooling system to counteract thermal displacement, stabilizing the spindle's working temperature. The spindle system, having passed stringent dynamic balance tests, offers excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to perform both finishing and heavy-duty rough machining, perfect for mass production of complex, high-finish parts.products.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool changes. The high-rigidity BMT interface tool holder, combined with a servo spindle motor-driven power transmission shaft, ensures exceptional performance.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay system to minimize thermal displacement and significantly improve machining accuracy. The machine's high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy even under impact, providing smooth displacement and low noise, thereby extending service life.

4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. The perfect hydraulic and lubrication system utilizes high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves, significantly reducing failure rates. The design is both simple and reliable.

6. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, the machine greatly reduces operator labor intensity while ensuring safe and efficient production. All functional components are programmable for optimal control. Special fixtures are available upon request.
