Crafted with a high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, featuring a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. The application of finite element analysis ensures excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool longevity. Stress relief treatment further enhancesimproves accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system boost response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, greatly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing processing steps. The second spindle can fully turn, allowing workpieces to be expressed during machining, thus reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: features a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and a C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindlevibration, ensuring the deflection accuracy of the nose end is within 0.002mm, improving the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to mitigate thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance tests, offering excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, accommodating heavy cuts. Ideal for mass production of complex shapes requiring high finish,products.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret ensures rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder installation utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw guarantees optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, significantly reducing thermal displacement and improving machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy even under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, which prolongs service life.

4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with the feed drive utilizing a FANUC servo motor.

5. The perfect hydraulic and lubrication system employs high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, greatly reducing failure rates. The system's design is simple and reliable.

6. Features a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, significantly reducing operator labor intensity and enabling safe, efficient production. These components are programmable and include a special fixture.
