Main features of this machine tool:
1. Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Features a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It enhances the workpiece's surface finish and adopts a rear-mounted rotor for quicker installation and maintenance. A cooling system for the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance testing, offering excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency-ideal for both finishing and rough machining, especially suitable for mass production of complex shapes requiring high smoothness.
2. High-rigidity integrated design servo power turret: Ensures rapid and accurate tool changing, paired with high-speed power axis milling for superior combined turning and milling capabilities.
