Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, this machine features a 30-degree step, 30-degree steptype flat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it provides exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability. This ensures long-term accuracy, processing stability, and enhanced tool life. Stress relief treatmentimprovesaccuracy and stability. Its high-strength roller rail design, combined with a screw pre-tension drive system, boosts response rigidity.
Simultaneously process both ends of the workpiece with one clamping. This reduces manual intervention, boosts output, and minimizes processing steps. The second spindle performs full turning and expresses workpieces during machining, significantly reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindlevibration, with nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances workpiece surface finish.

The rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to minimize thermal displacement and maintain a constant working temperature. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance testing, ensuring precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to handle both fine machining and heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.products.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. Delivers rapid, precise tool change performance. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. Heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and vastly improving machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, offering smooth displacement and low noise, prolonging service life.

4. Standard FANUC system configuration, with feed drive powered by FANUC servo motor.

5. Advanced hydraulic and lubrication systems, featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, drastically reducing failure rates. The hydraulic and lubrication system design is straightforward and reliable.

6. Equipped with a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device. This setup significantly reduces operator labor intensity and ensures safe, efficient production. These functional components are programmatically controlled.
