Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piece structure, cast iron bed, this machine features a 30-degree step-type flat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it boasts exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. Stress relief treatments further improve accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, coupled with a screw pre-tension drive system, enhances response rigidity.
Effortlessly process both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing processes. The second spindle, capable of full turning, handles workpieces during machining, cutting cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Featuring a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances workpiece surface finish.

The rear-mounted rotor facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant spindle working temperature. It undergoes rigorous dynamic balance tests, providing precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. Ideal for both finishing and heavy-duty rough machining, this machine excels in mass production of complex and high-finish products.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret: Offers rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder with a high-rigidity BMT interface is driven by a servo spindle motor for optimal power transmission.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, ensuring top-tier precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure with a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The large, heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure consistent accuracy despite impacts, smooth displacement, low noise, and prolonged service life.

4. Standard configuration with FANUC system: The feed drive utilizes a FANUC servo motor.

5. The optimized hydraulic and lubrication system: Features high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, drastically reducing failure rates. Its design is straightforward and reliable.

6. Incorporates a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, greatly reducing operator labor intensity and ensuring safe, efficient production. All functional components can be controlled via programming and special fixtures.
