High rigidity and long-term accuracy retention
The main components of the machine tool, including the base, workbench, column, spindle box, and saddle, are rigorously analyzed using FEA finite element analysis. This ensures design optimization, a lightweight mechanism, and exceptional rigidity. With a short distance between the spindle center and the guide rail surface, and minimal flipping torque, processing stability is significantly enhanced. Employing advanced resin sand molding, high-strength and high-quality cast iron, together with a comprehensive heat treatment process, residual stress is effectively eliminated. Precision manual scraping of contact surfaces further ensures optimal structural rigidity throughout the machine. Our extensive product line, complete with versatile specifications, is complemented by a highly elastic automated exchange head library and an efficient vertical and horizontal tool-changing system. This results in automated, efficient, and highly productive machining performance. The modular spindle design caters to various cutting characteristics, meeting diverse machining requirements. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, combining the robustness of hard rail cutting with the swift movement and low wear of linear slide rails, thus significantly enhancing rigidity and control.
The three-axis configuration utilizes internationally acclaimed brand roller guide rails, ensuring robust rigidity and outstanding dynamic accuracy. The transmission system employs Taiwan-made large-diameter grinding ball screws, known for their compact structure, smooth movement, minimal thermal elongation, and high precision. The screw support forms a stable high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle guarantees consistent and reliable lubrication for spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in a stable working condition for extended periods.
