The stress relief treatment bolsters precision stability, while the high-strength hard rail structure and the pre-tensioned screw transmission system further amplify rigidity performance.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit features an independent sleeve design and has undergone rigorous dynamic balance tests, ensuring high precision, excellent retention, minimal thermal deformation, and superb thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, the spindle's front end employs a large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing combined with an oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design can endure both radial and axial loads, making it perfect for high-speed precision cutting, low-speed heavy cutting, and mass production of complex, high-precision, and high-finish products.

2. The high rigidity servo power turret enhances rapid and precise tool change capabilities, supplemented by high-speed power shaft milling, delivering exceptional turning and milling performance. The tool holder is equipped with a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.

3. The machine tool features hard rail guide rails and heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws, guaranteeing optimal precision and durability. Each axis utilizes a direct transfer structure and double anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly improving machining accuracy.
