Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piece structure cast ing iron bed, this machine features a 30-degree step type flat rail structure. It utilizes advanced finite element analysis to ensure exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability, providing sustained reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatment has been applied to improve accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, combined with the screw pre-tension drive system, enhances response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and streamlining processes. The second spindle offers full turning capabilities and can handle workpieces during machining, thereby reducing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Utilizes a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, and the spindle's nose end deflection accuracy is within 0.002mm. Enhances the workpiece's surface finish.
The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor maintains a consistent working temperature by suppressing thermal displacement. The spindle system has undergone stringent dynamic balance testing, ensuring precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to excel in both finishing, rough machining, and heavy cutting tasks, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish product.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret, offering rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder installation features a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis incorporates a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly improving machining accuracy. The machine's high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure that accuracy remains unaffected during impacts. Displacement is smooth, noise is low, and component longevity is extended.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with feed drives powered by FANUC servo motors.
5. A highly efficient hydraulic and lubrication system, featuring top-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, significantly reduces failure rates. The design is both simple and reliable.
6. Utilizes a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and an automatic chip removal device, greatly reducing operator labor intensity and ensuring safe, efficient production. These functional components are programmable for enhanced control. A special fixture is also included.
