This high-efficiency machine, enhanced with reinforced ribs, combines a one-piece cast structure and high-tensile Meehanite cast iron. With its hot-flow horizontal design, it meets processing needs year-round, offering exceptional shock resistance. The superior vibration absorption and minimal deformation make the machine not only durable but also exceptionally performant.
Optimized through finite element analysis (FEM), the design of the integrated molding machine and stiffeners boasts a 30% increase in mechanical strength over traditional designs. This series is perfect for heavy cutting, maintaining ultra-high precision over the long term. Its high rigidity also significantly extends the tool's service life.

The machine features an integral cast inclined bed and 40° inclined guide rails, facilitating easy workpiece handling and smooth cutting operations. Designed with thick reinforcement ribs, it minimizes distortion and thermal deformation. The wide bed and precision rolling linear guides ensure capabilities for heavy cutting and long-term accuracy maintenance.
The fully enclosed sheet metal design isolates turning iron and coolant, offering a safe, clean working environment.
The spindle box is structurally designed to reduce thermal deformation, ensuring high-precision and stable cutting.
The lubrication system uses a quantitative pressurized thin oil system, providing regular, precise lubrication to screws, guide rails, and other critical points, enhancing the machine's stability.
The guide rail features precision roller linear guides with a 35MM track width, and the saddle guide rail spans a large area, supporting long-term heavy cutting operations.
A 32mm diameter ball screw is used in the feed unit, with preloading at both ends to eliminate precision loss from thermal elongation.
Precision and High Dynamic Response
Equipped with two pairs of high-precision NSK P4 bearings, the spindle achieves high rigidity and exceptional rotation accuracy. The AC servo motor enables stepless speed regulation for optimal performance.
The spindle is driven by a dedicated V-belt system, simplifying maintenance and reducing motor-generated heat impact. The precision-adjusted pulley ratio ensures maximal motor speed and spindle speed alignment, enhancing cutting capabilities and torque performance.
Thermal Stability
The main spindle box and sliding saddle are aligned on the same angular plane, reducing thermal deformation-induced distortion.
Utilizing high-speed rolling bearings and quantitative grease sealing lubrication ensures the thermal stability of both the body and spindle temperatures.
