The integration of a second spindle enables comprehensive turning functions and seamless workpiece transfers during machining, effectively cutting down cycle times. The machine's design boasts a 30-degree inclined structure, ensuring high precision, superior rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. Constructed with a robust one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron lathe bed and employing finite element analysis, the machine excels in mechanical rigidity and long-term stability. This design retains reliable accuracy, enhances processing stability, prolongs tool life, and benefits from stress relief treatment for improved accuracy stability. The high-strength roller linear rail design and screw pre-tension transmission system further enhance rigidity performance. Main features of this machine tool:
1. The direct drive synchronous electric spindle device features a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM and improving the workpiece's surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor enables fast installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a constant spindle operating temperature. Undergoing stringent dynamic balance testing, the spindle system boasts excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, making the machine capable of both fine finishing and heavy-duty rough machining. 2. The high rigidity integrated design servo power turret enhances rapid and precise tool changing performance.
