Key components such as the base, workbench, column, spindle box, and saddle are meticulously analyzed using FEA finite element analysis, resulting in an optimized, lightweight, and highly rigid design.
The short distance from the spindle center to the guide rail surface and minimal flipping torque enhance processing stability. Our machinery utilizes high-quality cast iron formed through resin sand molding and undergoes a thorough heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. Precise manual scraping ensures the optimal structural rigidity of the entire machine. Our diverse product lines feature comprehensive specifications, automated exchange head libraries, and vertical/horizontal tool changing systems for automated, efficient, and highly productive performance. Modular spindle design offers various cutting characteristics to meet diverse machining needs. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail that combines the heavy-duty cutting benefits of hard rails with the fast, low-wear movement of linear slides, significantly improving rigidity and control.
