The two-axis lathe can simultaneously process both ends of the workpiece in a single clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and reducing the number of processes. The inclusion of a second spindle facilitates full turning and effectively transfers workpieces during machining, thereby reducing cycle times. The machine features a meticulously optimized 30-degree inclined structure design, renowned for its high precision, remarkable rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. Constructed with a robust one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron lathe bed, it undergoes finite element analysis to ensure superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This design guarantees long-term reliable accuracy, enhances processing stability, prolongs tool life, and includes stress relief treatment to improve accuracy stability. The high-strength roller linear rail design structure, combined with a screw pre-tension transmission system, improves rigidity performance. Its simple yet elegant appearance aligns perfectly with modern trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It enhances the surface finish of the workpiece, employs a rear-mounted rotor for faster installation and maintenance, and includes a spindle motor cooling system to mitigate thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance testing, providing excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and high efficiency, enabling the machine to handle both finishing and heavy-duty rough machining. It's particularly suitable for mass production of complex shapes and high-smoothness products.
2. Features a high-rigidity integrated design servo power turret that facilitates rapid and accurate tool changes. When combined with high-speed power axis milling, it offers outstanding turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine tool is equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly enhancing processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain impeccable accuracy even under impact, offering smooth displacement, low noise, and extended service life.
4. Provides a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components to drastically reduce failure rates. Its hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed for simplicity and reliability.
5. Incorporates a Taiwan rotary chuck cylinder and an optional automatic chip removal device to greatly reduce operator labor intensity, ensuring safe and efficient production.
