Our High Precision Auto CNC Lathe System features an advanced 30-degree inclined bed structure for unparalleled precision, rigidity, and cutting stability. Constructed from high-strength HT300 cast iron, this one-piece bed undergoes finite element analysis to ensure outstanding mechanical rigidity and stability, allowing for long-term precision and enhanced tool life. The stress relief treatment further adds to precision stability, while the high-strength hard rail structure and pre-tensioned screw transmission system significantly boost rigidity performance.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type, subjected to stringent dynamic balance tests for high precision, minimal thermal deformation, and excellent thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, the spindle incorporates a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined oblique contact ball bearing. The optimal two-point balanced support design ensures it can handle both radial and axial loads, making it perfect for high-speed precision cutting as well as low-speed heavy cutting, ideal for mass production of complex, high-precision, and finely finished products.

2. Featuring a high rigidity servo power turret, this machine supports rapid and precise tool changes. The combination of the high-speed power shaft's power milling and the servo spindle motor-driven power transmission shaft, along with the high-rigidity BMT installation interface, delivers superior turning and milling capabilities.

3. Equipped with hard rail guide rails and heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws, this machine ensures outstanding precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer axis structure and a double anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy.

6. Utilizing a Taiwan rotary chuck oil cylinder and an automatic chip removal device, this machine significantly reduces operator labor intensity for safe and efficient production. Furthermore, these functional components are programmable for specialized fixtures.
