We employ Finite Element Analysis (FEM) to optimize the design of the integrated molding machine and its stiffeners. This advanced engineering increases mechanical strength by 30% compared to traditional designs. Consequently, our lathe excels in heavy cutting while maintaining ultra-high precision over extended periods, and its high rigidity significantly extends the tool's service life.

Our lubrication system utilizes a quantitative pressurized thin oil system, ensuring each screw, guide rail, and lubrication point receives regular, precise lubrication, enhancing the machine tool's overall stability.
Precision roller linear guide rails with a 35MM track width and a large-span saddle guide rail enable sustained heavy cutting capabilities.
The feed unit incorporates a 32mm diameter ball screw with preloading applied at both ends to counteract precision loss due to thermal elongation.
