With the second spindle, full turning and express workpiece transfer during machining reduce cycle times significantly. The machine boasts a meticulously optimized 30-degree inclined structure, offering unparalleled precision, super rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. Constructed from one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron, the robust lathe bed undergoes finite element analysis to ensure superb mechanical rigidity and stability. This design maintains long-term reliable accuracy, enhances processing stability, extends tool life, and improves accuracy stability through stress relief treatment. Additionally, the high-strength roller linear rail design and screw pre-tension transmission system enhance rigidity performance, while the machine's sleek and elegant appearance aligns with modern design trends.
Main Features of This Machine Tool:
1. Featuring a direct-drive synchronous electric spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine), this machine achieves positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. It effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, thus improving the surface finish of the workpiece. A rear-mounted rotor facilitates quicker installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system mitigates thermal displacement, ensuring a constant operating temperature. Rigorous dynamic balance testing of the spindle system ensures good accuracy retention, high rigidity, and high efficiency.
