The two-axis lathe can process both ends of the workpiece at the same time in one clamping, which greatly simplifies manual operations, boosts output, and reduces processes. The second spindle enables full turning and directly transfers workpieces during machining, thereby slashing cycle times. The machine adopts an optimized 30-degree inclined structure design, offering high precision, superior rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. Constructed from high-strength HT300 cast iron using finite element analysis, the one-piece lathe bed ensures excellent mechanical rigidity and stability. This robust construction maintains long-term reliable accuracy, enhances processing stability, and extends tool life. Stress relief treatment further improves accuracy stability. The high-strength roller linear rail design, combined with a pre-tensioned screw transmission system, boosts rigidity performance. Its simple and elegant appearance embodies contemporary design trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, ensuring nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. Enhanced surface finish is achieved through a rear-mounted rotor, facilitating faster installation and maintenance. The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, suppresses thermal displacement, maintaining a constant operational temperature. Rigorously tested for dynamic balance, the spindle system boasts excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency-perfect for both finishing and rough machining. Ideal for mass production of complex, smooth products.
2. High-rigidity integrated design servo power turret: This feature ensures rapid and accurate tool changes. Coupled with high-speed power axis milling, it delivers outstanding combined turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder, installed using a high-rigidity BMT interface, is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Roller linear guides and ball screws: Precision-ground and heat-treated ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and greatly improving processing accuracy.
