1. Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, ensuring nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. Enhanced surface finish is achieved through a rear-mounted rotor, facilitating faster installation and maintenance.
