Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, the 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure employs finite element analysis for superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This design ensures long-term precision, stable processing, and extended tool life, with stress-relief treatment enhancing accuracy and stability.Improved accuracy and stability through a high-strength roller rail design. The drive system uses a screw pre-tension design to enhance response rigidity.
Our lathe allows both ends of the workpiece to be processed simultaneously in one clamping, simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing processes. The second spindle enables full turning and uninterrupted machining, significantly cutting cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindlevibration, with nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances workpiece surface finish.

A rear-mounted rotor facilitates installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor features a cooling system to mitigate thermal displacement, ensuring consistent spindle temperature. Rigorously dynamic balanced, the spindle system offers excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, suitable for both finishing and heavy cutting, particularly for mass production of complex, high-finish products.products.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret: offers rapid, precise tool changes. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay minimize thermal displacement, enhancing machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, allowing smooth, low-noise displacement, thus extending the service life.

4. Standard configuration with FANUC system, featuring a FANUC servo motor for feed drive.

5. A robust hydraulic and lubrication system with high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components reduces the failure rate. Its simple and reliable design ensures efficiency.
