High-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure, enhanced through finite element analysis, ensures outstanding mechanical rigidity and stability. This design maintains reliable long-term accuracy, processing stability, and tool life, achieved through stress relief treatmenttoimprove accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system significantly boost response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and reducing process time. The second spindle allows full turning, enabling workpieces to be expressed during machining, thus cutting down cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) provides positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindle vibrationissues, keeping the nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This improves the workpiece's surface finish.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to minimize thermal displacement effects, ensuring a stable working temperature. The spindle system has passed rigorous dynamic balance tests, offering excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to perform both fine machining and heavy cutting, ideal for mass production of complex shapes requiring a high finishqualityproduct.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret offers rapid and precise tool changes. The tool holder installation uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, reducing thermal displacement and significantly improving machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy during impacts, with smooth displacement and low noise, thereby extending the service life.

4. Standard configuration FANUC system with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. A perfect hydraulic and lubrication system using high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components significantly reduces failure rates. The system design is simple yet reliable.

6. Features a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, significantly reducing operator labor intensity for safe and efficient production. These functional components can be programmed for control. The machine is also equipped with special fixtures.
