Utilizes a direct-drive synchronous electric spindle with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) offering 20 arc seconds positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds C-axis indexing accuracy. This configuration effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, thus improving the surface finish of workpieces.
