The high-strength hard rail structure features a screw pre-tension design in the transmission system to elevate rigidity performance.
The machine tool is equipped with hard rail guides and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer axis structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement to the lowest level and significantly improving processing accuracy.
