High-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure, application of finite element analysis, excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability. It ensures long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life, with stress relief treatmentimprove accuracy and stability. High-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system enhance response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminate the vibration ofspindle, and the deflection accuracy of the nose end is within 0.002mm. It enhances the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor's cooling system suppresses thermal displacement influences and maintains a consistent working temperature. The spindle system, having passed stringent dynamic balance tests, offers excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to adeptly handle both finishing and rough machining tasks, including heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex and high-finish products.product.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis boasts a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line) for eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, this machine is capable of processing complex parts. The tool holder installation utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw, the machine ensures optimal precision and durability thanks to its heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw. Each axis adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, significantly minimizing thermal displacement and greatly enhancing machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure the machine's accuracy remains unaffected during impacts, with smooth displacement and low noise, prolonging the service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. The hydraulic and lubrication system is top-notch, featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, significantly reducing the failure rate. The system's design is straightforward and reliable.

6. The high-rigidity structure includes an integral hydraulic tailstock that eliminates vibration and ensures superb stability. The hydraulic cylinder facilitates convenient and reliable telescoping of the sleeve.
7. The machine features a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and an automatic chip removal device, which greatly reduces the operator's labor intensity and ensures safe and efficient production.
