With dual-spindle capability, both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping. This greatly simplifies manual operations, boosts output, and reduces processing times. The second spindle can fully turn, allowing for workpiece repositioning during machining and thus reducing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Utilizing a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine), it achieves a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and a C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This system effectively eliminates spindlevibration,and keeps the deflection accuracy at the nose end within 0.002mm,improving the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor is designed to suppress thermal displacement and maintain a constant working temperature. Having passed a rigorous dynamic balance test, the spindle system offers excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to excel in both finishing machining and heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex shapes and high-finish products.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret featuring rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw, which are heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, greatly enhancing machining accuracy. The high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure the machine's accuracy remains unaffected by impacts, providing smooth displacement and low noise for an extended service life.
