Main features of this machine tool:
1. Features a 30° inclined layout and an integrated bed base structure, vastly enhancing bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the bed base ensure precision across the entire machine.
2. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous spindle device featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with 20 arc seconds positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds C-axis indexing accuracy. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining a nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, thus enhancing workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance. The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, maintains a constant operating temperature, ensuring accuracy and stability.
