It maintains long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extends tool life. Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in a single clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and streamlining processes. The second spindle allows full turning and workpiece expression during machining, remarkably reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminates spindlevibration, and ensures nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances the surface finish of workpieces.

The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor is integrated with a cooling system to mitigate thermal displacement, ensuring a consistent working temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance tests, ensuring precision retention, high rigidity, and optimal efficiency. This versatility allows the machine to handle both finishing and rough machining, making it ideal for mass production of complex and high-finish products.product.

2. High rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change capability. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw, heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure peak precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and substantially improving machining accuracy. The high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, thereby prolonging service life.

4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. The hydraulic and lubrication system features high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, significantly reducing failure rates. The design is simple yet reliable.

6. Features a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, greatly reducing operator labor intensity while ensuring safe and efficient production. All functional components can be controlled via programming. Special fixture integration is available.
