Crafted with high-strength HT300 grade, this one-piece structure casting iron bed, our 30-degree step-type flat rail structure benefits from finite element analysis, ensuring unparalleled mechanical rigidity and stability. This design enhances long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life, while stress relief treatment significantly improves accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system boost response rigidity.
With the ability to process both ends of the workpiece in one clamping, manual operations are greatly simplified. This configuration increases output and reduces processing steps. The second spindle can fully turn and handle workpieces during machining, thus reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: featuring a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.

This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, ensuring the nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This allows for improved surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor facilitates easy installation and maintenance.

Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor maintains a constant working temperature, suppressing thermal displacement. Having passed rigorous dynamic balance tests, the spindle system boasts excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, enabling the machine to perform both fine finishing and heavy cutting. Optimal for mass production of complex shapes and high-finishproducts.

2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for reliable power transmission.

3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws, ensuring top-notch accuracy and durability. Each axis adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement and enhance machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, thereby extending service life.

4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with the feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.

5. Featuring a perfect hydraulic and lubrication system with superior-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, significantly reducing failure rates. The hydraulic and lubrication system design is both simple and reliable.

6. Incorporating a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and an automatic chip removal device, this setup greatly reduces operator labor intensity and ensures safe, efficient production. All functional components can be controlled via programming, including special fixtures.
