Our extensive product line, coupled with a highly flexible automated exchange head library and a vertical and horizontal tool changing system, delivers automated, efficient, and highly productive machining capabilities. The modular spindle design caters to diverse cutting requirements, while the Y-axis features ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rails. This combination marries the heavy cutting rigidity of hard rails with the swift, low-wear movement of linear slides, significantly boosting rigidity and control.
Our three-axis system employs internationally acclaimed roller guide rails, granting superior rigidity and outstanding dynamic accuracy. The transmission system features Taiwan-made, large-diameter grinding ball screws, known for their compact structure, smooth movement, minimal thermal elongation, and high precision. The stable high-rigidity mechanical transmission system is further enhanced by high-precision spindles that provide consistent and reliable lubrication to the spindle bearings. Additionally, a standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle in an optimal working condition over extended periods.
