Meticulously engineered from high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, this machine features a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it delivers superior mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term precision, processing stability, and tool life. Stress relief treatmentimprovesaccuracy and stability. Its high-strength roller rail design, coupled with a screw pre-tension drive system, enhances response rigidity.
Capable of processing both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, this machine significantly streamlines manual operations, boosts output, and reduces procedural steps. The second spindle can fully turn and express workpieces during machining, thus reducing cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: equipped with a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, with C-axis indexing accuracy at 40 arc seconds.

Effectively minimizes spindlevibration, maintaining a nose-end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances the surface finish of the workpiece.

The rear-mounted rotor design simplifies installation and maintenance.

Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor is engineered to suppress thermal displacement, ensuring a constant working temperature. This spindle system has passed rigorous dynamic balance tests, offering excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. Designed to handle both finishing machining and heavy-duty cutting, it excels in mass production of complex shapes and high-finish products.

2. Features a high-rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. The machine includes THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and enhancing machining accuracy. High-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain the machine's accuracy even under impact, providing smooth displacement and low noise, thereby extending service life.

4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with feed drives powered by FANUC servo motors.

5. A superior hydraulic and lubrication system composed of high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components significantly reduces the failure rate. The system's design is simple and reliable.

6. Equipped with a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device to significantly reduce operator labor intensity, ensuring safe and efficient production. These functional components are controllable via programming. Special fixture available.
