With the second spindle, full turning and seamless workpiece transfer are possible during machining, significantly minimizing cycle times. Built with a 30-degree inclined structure design, this machine boasts high precision, exceptional rigidity, and outstanding cutting stability. The robust one-piece lathe bed, crafted from high-strength HT300 cast iron and enhanced with finite element analysis, ensures superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This design maintains long-term reliable accuracy, enhances processing stability, extends tool life, and improves accuracy through stress relief treatment. The high-strength roller linear rail, paired with a pre-tensioned screw transmission system, enhances rigidity while the simple and elegant design aligns with modern trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: This advanced system features a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy within 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. It effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. The rear-mounted rotor facilitates quicker installation and maintenance, while a cooling system for the spindle motor mitigates thermal displacement impact, ensuring a constant operating temperature. Undergoing rigorous dynamic balance testing, the spindle system offers excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, capable of both finishing and rough machining. This makes it ideal for mass production of complex, highly smooth products.
2. High rigidity integrated design servo power turret: This feature enhances the turret's rapid and precise tool-changing performance. When combined with the high-speed power axis milling, it delivers superb combined turning and milling processing capabilities. The tool holder, installed using a high-rigidity BMT interface, is driven by a servo spindle motor, ensuring optimal power transmission.
3. Equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws: The heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws ensure superior accuracy and durability. Each axis incorporates a direct transfer axis structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly improving processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-sized heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure retained accuracy during impacts, provide smooth and low-noise displacement, and extend service life.
