High-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it boasts excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. Stress relief treatmentimproves accuracy and stability. High-strength roller rail design and the drive system adopts screw pre-tension design, enhancing response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminates the vibration of thespindle, ensuring the nose end deflection accuracy is within 0.002mm. This greatly improves the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor design facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, maintaining a consistent working temperature. The spindle system has undergone stringent dynamic balance tests, ensuring precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, including heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex and high-finish products.product.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis has a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line) and is capable of eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. It is equipped with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, ideal for processing complex parts. The tool holder installation employs a high-rigidity BMT interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine features THK linear guide rail and ball screw. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis uses a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy even under impact, providing smooth displacement with low noise, prolonging service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with the feed drive utilizing a FANUC servo motor.
5. A robust hydraulic and lubrication system featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, significantly reduces the failure rate. The system's design is both simple and reliable.

6. The high-rigidity structure includes an integral hydraulic tailstock, eliminating vibration and offering superior stability. The sleeve's telescoping is operated by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience and reliability.
7. Using a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, it significantly reduces operator labor intensity, achieving safe and efficient production.
