Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecestructure for unparalleledcastingironbed, the machine features a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. Utilizes finite element analysis for superior mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and enhanced tool life. Undergoes stress relief treatment toimprove both accuracy and stability. Incorporates a high-strength roller rail design with a screw pre-tension drive system to boost response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Equipped with a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) for precision positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminates spindlevibrations, maintaining deflection accuracy of the nose end within 0.002mm. Enhances the surface finish of the workpiece.
Rear-mounted rotor design for easy installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor includes a cooling system to counteract thermal displacement, ensuring constant working temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance tests, offering excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This allows the machine to excel in both finishing machining and heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex and high-finishproducts.
2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret: Y-axis features a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), perfect for eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, it is capable of processing intricate parts. The tool holder installation uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. The machine incorporates THK linear guide rails and precision-ground ball screws for optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly improving machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure the machine's accuracy remains unaffected by impacts, providing smooth displacement and low noise for extended service life.
4. Standard configuration includes FANUC system with FANUC servo motor for feed drive.
5. Features a refined hydraulic and lubrication system with top-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components to greatly reduce failure rates. The design is simple yet reliable.

6. The machine's high-rigidity structure and integral hydraulic tailstock eliminate vibrations and provide exceptional stability. Sleeve telescoping is achieved via a hydraulic cylinder, offering convenience and reliability.
7. Incorporates a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device to significantly reduce operator labor intensity and facilitate safe and efficient production. These functionalities can be controlled through programming, with the option to design and install specialized fixtures based on user requirements.
