1. Incorporates a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) offering 20 arc seconds positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds C-axis indexing accuracy. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It enhances the workpiece surface finish, with a rear-mounted rotor for faster installation and maintenance.
