Product Description

The machine adopts an optimized 30-degree inclined structure design, which also has high precision, super rigidity and excellent cutting performance.
The high-strength HT300 cast iron one-piece solid structure lathe, using finite element analysis, provides exceptional rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy.
It maintains long-term reliable accuracy, enhances processing stability, prolongs tool life, and effectively eliminates internal stress.
Alongside improving precision and stability, the high-strength roller linear rail design and the transmission system's screw pre-tension design significantly enhance performance.
Reflecting robust performance, the machine's simple and elegant appearance aligns perfectly with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Adopting a 30° inclined layout and an integrated structure of the bed base, significantly enhances the bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The integrated bed base provides robust precision and high stability, ensuring exceptional performance.
2. Employing a direct drive synchronous spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) ensures positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and improves workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring constant operating temperature. The spindle system undergoes stringent dynamic balance testing, offering high accuracy retention, rigidity, and efficiency, suitable for both finishing and heavy cutting tasks, making it ideal for mass production of complex and smooth products.
3. Featuring a high rigidity, overall design servo turret equipped with a high-precision clutch to ensure positioning accuracy and repeatable precision. Driven by a servo motor, it allows bi-directional or arbitrary tool selection. The hydraulic clutch loosen and clamp mechanism, with proximity switch feedback, ensures fast and precise tool changes.
4. The machine is equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws, heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis utilizes a direct transfer axis structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, ensuring minimal thermal displacement for improved processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact, providing smooth, low-noise displacement and extended service life.
5. The programmable hydraulic tailstock and high rigidity integral tailstock eliminate vibration, enhancing stability. Featuring programmable or manual button control, it is convenient, fast, and reliable.
6. This machine offers a complete hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components to significantly reduce failure rates. The centralized quantitative automatic lubrication system ensures simplicity and reliability.
