Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement to ensure a constant working temperature. Having passed rigorous dynamic balance testing, the spindle system guarantees superb precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, making the machine adept at both finishing and rough machining, ideal for mass production of complex shapes with high finishproducts.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret offers rapid and precise tool change performance. Using a high-rigidity BMT interface for the tool holder installation, and a servo spindle motor driving the power transmission shaft.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. Adopting a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method on each axis, thermal displacement is minimized, significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The machine's high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails protect accuracy from impact, ensure smooth displacement, and reduce noise, thereby extending service life.
4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with a feed drive powered by a FANUC servo motor.
5. Featuring a robust hydraulic and lubrication system with high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components, the design is both simple and reliable, significantly reducing failure rates.
6. Utilizing a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, operator labor intensity is greatly reduced, achieving safe and efficient production. All functional components are programmable, including a special fixture.
