1.The spindle unit system has undergone strict dynamic balance tests, with high precision, good precision retention, small thermal deformation, and good thermal stability. The maximum speed can reach 3200rpm, and the nose deflection accuracy is within 0.003MM. The front end of the shaft uses a large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design can withstand radial and axial loads, and can also be used for high-speed precision for users. Cutting can also be used for low-speed heavy cutting, especially suitable for mass production of products with complex shapes, high precision requirements and high finish.
2.High rigidity overall design servo turret. Equipped with a high-precision clutch to ensure its positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. Each axis adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, which can minimize thermal displacement and greatly improve machining accuracy.
