1. The 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base design significantly boost the machine tool's bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the integrated bed base ensure precision for the entire machine.
2. Featuring a direct drive synchronous spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) offering positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, improving workpiece surface finish.
