Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piecestructurecastingironbed, this 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure utilizes advanced finite element analysis for superior mechanical rigidity and stability. It maintains long-term precise accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life, enhanced by stress relief treatment.toimprove precision and stability. The high-strength roller rail design, combined with a screw pre-tension drive system, ensures heightened response rigidity.
Simultaneous end processing in one clamping vastly simplifies manual operations, boosts output, and reduces procedural steps. The second spindle allows full turning, optimizing workpiece expression during machining, hence cutting cycle times.

1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

Effectively eliminating spindlevibrations, the nose end deflection accuracy remains within 0.002mm. This significantly enhances the workpiece's surface finish.

A rear-mounted rotor facilitates easier installation and maintenance.

The spindle motor, equipped with a cooling system, mitigates thermal displacement effects, ensuring a consistent working temperature. The spindle system, rigorously tested for dynamic balance, offers excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This versatility enables both precision finishing and heavy-duty rough machining, ideal for mass production of intricate, high-finish products.products.

2. The high rigidity integral servo power turret ensures rapid and precise tool changes. It features a high-rigidity BMT interface and a servo spindle motor-driven power transmission shaft for optimal performance.
