1.Direct-drive synchronous electric spindle device features a magnetic ring typeincremental encoder (Sine and Cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
It effectively eliminates spindlevibration, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This ensures a superior surface finish on workpieces. Additionally, the rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to counteract thermal displacement, ensuring consistent spindle temperature.
