Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piece structure casting iron bed featuring a 30-degree step type flat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, this design offers superb mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatment further enhances accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and screw pre-tension drive system improve response rigidity.increase precision and stability.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Featuring a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. It significantly improves the surface finish of workpieces.
The rear-mounted rotor allows for easy installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement effects, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance tests, boasting excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, making it suitable for both finishing machining and heavy cutting. Ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.products.
2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret: The Y-axis, with a 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), can handle eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. It is equipped with a high-torque power turret and servo-driven C-axis, adept at processing complex parts. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for superior power transmission.
3. The machine incorporates THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly enhancing machining accuracy. High-rigidity, large-size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, with smooth displacement and low noise, extending the service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with feed drive powered by FANUC servo motor.
5. The hydraulic and lubrication systems are perfected, utilizing high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and components to significantly reduce failure rates. The design is both simple and reliable.

6. The machine's high-rigidity structure includes an integral hydraulic tailstock that eliminates vibration and offers excellent stability. The sleeve's telescoping function is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience and reliability.
7. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, operator labor intensity is greatly reduced, enabling safe and efficient production. These components can be programmatically controlled, and various special fixtures can be designed and installed according to user-specific requirements.
