This machine, featuring high-efficiency reinforced ribs and being cast in one piece from high-tensile Meehanite cast iron, boasts a hot-flow horizontal design to meet year-round processing demands. Its exceptional casting provides superior shock resistance, vibration absorption, and low deformation, ensuring both durability and outstanding performance.
Utilizing finite element analysis (FEM) to optimize both the integrated molding machine and stiffeners, this design increases mechanical strength by 30% compared to traditional models. Consequently, this series is ideal for heavy cutting while maintaining long-term ultra-high precision. The high rigidity also extends the tool's service life.
High rigidity, heavy cutting, and unmatched stability.
Featuring an integral cast inclined bed and 40° inclined guide rails, the design ensures smooth cutting arrangements and easy operator access to workpieces. Thick reinforcement ribs minimize distortion and thermal deformation, while the wide bed and precision rolling linear guides enable heavy cutting capabilities and long-term accuracy.
The fully enclosed sheet metal protects against turning iron and coolant, providing a safe and clean working environment.
The spindle box's structural design minimizes thermal deformation, ensuring high-precision and stable cutting.
The lubrication system utilizes a quantitative pressurized thin oil lubrication method, delivering regular and precise lubrication to each screw, guide rail, and other critical points, enhancing overall machine stability.
The guide rails incorporate precision roller linear guides with a 35MM track width. The saddle guide rail's large span supports heavy cutting over extended periods.
The feed unit features a 32mm diameter ball screw with preloading applied at both ends to eliminate precision loss caused by thermal elongation.

Equipped with two pairs of high-precision NSK P4 bearings, the spindle achieves remarkable rigidity and rotation accuracy. The AC servo motor allows stepless speed regulation, maximizing performance.
The dedicated V-belt spindle drive system simplifies maintenance and minimizes the heat impact on spindle accuracy. The precisely adjusted pulley reduction ratio ensures both the motor's and spindle's maximum speeds are achieved simultaneously, optimizing full horsepower output for superior cutting capabilities.
Thermal stability.
The main spindle box and sliding saddle are aligned on the same angular plane to reduce distortion from thermal deformation.
High-speed rolling bearings and quantitative grease sealing lubrication ensure consistent thermal stability for both the body and spindle temperatures.
