Its 30-degree inclined structure design ensures superior precision, extreme rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. The robust lathe bed, constructed from a monolithic high-strength HT300 cast iron and refined through finite element analysis, promises excellent mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy. This, in turn, enhances processing stability and tool longevity while stress relief treatments further stabilize accuracy. The high-strength roller linear rail design, coupled with a screw pre-tension transmission system, bolsters rigidity, while its sleek, elegant appearance aligns with contemporary design trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Incorporates a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) offering 20 arc seconds positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds C-axis indexing accuracy. This setup effectively mitigates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, thereby enhancing the workpiece's surface finish.
