1. The 30° inclined bed base design significantly boosts bending and torsional rigidity during operation, ensuring high precision and stability. The integrated bed base is a strong guarantee for the machine's overall precision.
2. Features a direct drive synchronous spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder, achieving 20 arc-second positioning accuracy and 40 arc-second C-axis indexing accuracy. This design eliminates spindle vibration, maintains nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and improves workpiece surface finish.
