ETY200M adopts box-shaped structure bed, high-strength HT300 cast iron, compact structure, high strength, appropriate hardness, low friction coefficient, and self-lubrication. The integral box structure of the base bed greatly enhances the overall rigidity and stability of the machine, and has a vibration-absorbing function, which reduces tool loss and improves workpiece quality.
The 30° inclined layout and the integrated structure of the bed base greatly improve the bending and torsional rigidity of the machine during work. The high rigidity and high stability of the bed base provide a strong guarantee for the high precision.
2. Direct drive electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

3.High-rigidity overall design servo turret, with high-precision clutch, to ensure its positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. It is equipped with a servo motor to drive the cutter head to rotate, to select the tool in two directions or at any distance, use the hydraulic principle to loosen and clamp the clutch, and cooperate with the proximity switch to feedback the clutch action signal to quickly and accurately achieve the tool change action.
Programmable hydraulic tailstock The integral tailstock with high rigidity structure can eliminate vibration and provide excellent stability. Programmable or manual button control, the expansion and contraction of the sleeve is realized by means of hydraulic cylinder, which is convenient, fast and reliable.
The feed system is directly driven by the servo motor, which has good rigidity, precision and dynamic response characteristics. The machine is equipped with roller linear guide rails, and the maximum rapid traverse speed can reach: 20m/min.
The perfect hydraulic and lubrication system adopts high-quality hydraulic pumps and hydraulic valves, which greatly reduces the failure rate. The design of the hydraulic and lubrication system is simple and reliable. The machine adopts centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.
7. Adopt Taiwan rotary chuck oil cylinder, equipped with automatic chip removal device, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator and realize safe and efficient production. The above functional components can be controlled by programming, and various special fixtures can be designed and installed according to the special requirements of users.
