Main features of this machine tool:
1. Featuring a 30° inclined layout and an integrated bed base structure, significantly improving the machine's bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the integrated bed base ensure exceptional precision across the entire machine.
2. Utilizing a direct drive synchronous spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder, offering positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. The rear-mounted rotor allows for faster installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system stabilizes operating temperatures. Undergoing rigorous dynamic balance testing, the spindle system ensures high precision retention, rigidity, and efficiency, supporting both fine finishing and heavy-duty rough machining. Ideal for mass production of complex, high-smoothness products.
3. The high-rigidity overall design servo turret is fitted with a precision clutch for exact positioning and repeatable accuracy. A servo motor drives the cutterhead for bi-directional or selective tool rotation.
