The two-axis lathe can process both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing processes. The second spindle facilitates comprehensive turning and efficiently transfers workpieces during machining, thus minimizing cycle times. The machine boasts an optimized 30-degree inclined structure design, ensuring high precision, superb rigidity, and outstanding cutting stability. Constructed from one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron with finite element analysis, the robust lathe bed delivers excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability, maintaining long-term reliable accuracy. This enhances processing stability and tool life, while stress relief treatment further improves accuracy stability. Featuring a high-strength roller linear rail design and a screw pre-tension transmission system, the machine excels in rigidity performance. Its sleek and elegant appearance aligns with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device including a magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy at 40 arc seconds. This effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, thereby enhancing the workpiece's surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor ensures faster installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system suppresses thermal displacement effects, guaranteeing a constant operating temperature. Undergoing stringent dynamic balance testing, the spindle system retains good accuracy, high rigidity, and efficiency, supporting both finishing and heavy-duty machining. This makes it ideal for mass production of complex shapes with high smoothness.
2. High-rigidity integrated design servo power turret enhances the servo turret's quick and precise tool-change performance. Coupled with high-speed power axis milling, it achieves superior combined turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with roller linear guides and ball screws, heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis employs a direct transfer structure and double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing heat displacement and significantly improving processing accuracy. The heavy-duty, high-rigidity linear slide rails maintain accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth, low-noise displacement and extended service life.
4. Provides a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps, valves, and other components, thereby significantly reducing failure rates. Both systems are designed for simplicity and reliability.
