The minimized distance between the spindle center and guide rail surface, coupled with reduced flipping torque, significantly enhances processing stability. Utilizing resin sand molding and high-strength, top-quality cast iron, the machine benefits from a comprehensive heat treatment process that eradicates residual stress. Precisely hand-scraped contact surfaces ensure maximum structural rigidity throughout the machine. Our extensive product line, featuring a full spectrum of specifications, is equipped with a highly adaptable automated tool magazine and an advanced vertical and horizontal tool changing system, delivering automated, efficient, and highly productive machining capabilities. The modular spindle design caters to diverse cutting requirements, and the Y-axis employs an ultra-high rigidity roller type linear slide rail. It utilizes Taiwan-made, large-diameter grinding ball screws for the three-axis transmission, ensuring a compact structure, smooth operation, low thermal elongation, and high precision. The robust screw support forms a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. Our high-precision spindle is engineered to provide continuous and reliable lubrication to spindle bearings, and the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains consistent operational stability over prolonged periods.
