This guarantees long-term reliable precision, enhanced processing stability, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatments further bolster precision stability. The high-strength hard rail structure, coupled with a screw pre-tensioning design in the transmission system, significantly enhances performance and rigidity.

Main Features of This Machine Tool:

1. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type, adhering to stringent dynamic balance tests. It boasts high precision, excellent retention, minimal thermal deformation, and exceptional thermal stability, with a maximum speed of up to 2500rpm, and a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM. The front end integrates a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing with an oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design withstands both radial and axial loads, ideal for high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting, particularly in mass production of complex, high-precision, high-finish products.

2. Features a high-rigidity servo power turret for swift and precise tool changes. The high-speed power shaft enables outstanding turning and milling performance. The tool holder incorporates a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, with power transmission driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with hard rail guide rails and ball screws, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal performance. The direct transfer axis structure and double anchor pre-relay method minimize thermal displacement, significantly boosting machining accuracy.
