Our Heavy-Duty CNC Metal Lathe boasts a high-strength HT300 one-piece structure, casting iron bed with a 30-degree step type flat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, it demonstrates exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool longevity. The bed undergoes stress relief treatment to improve accuracy and stability. It features a high-strength roller rail design, while the drive system's screw pre-tension design enhances response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing the process. The second spindle provides full turning capabilities, allowing for efficient workpiece handling during machining, thereby reducing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Equipped with a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (sine and cosine) ensuring positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This design effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining a nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhance the surface finish of the workpiece.

The spindle motor features a cooling system to minimize thermal displacement, ensuring the spindle operates at a constant temperature. Subjected to rigorous dynamic balance tests, the spindle system guarantees excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to perform both finishing and rough machining, as well as heavy-duty cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex, high-finish products.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret, featuring rapid and precise tool change capabilities. The tool holder employs a high-rigidity BMT interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.

Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensure smooth displacement, and reduce noise, thereby extending machine life.
4. Standard configuration includes a FANUC system, with feed drives powered by FANUC servo motors.

6. Featuring a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, our machine significantly reduces operator labor intensity and facilitates safe, efficient production. These functional components are programmable for seamless operations. Special fixtures are also available.
