Main features of this machine tool:
1. Featuring a 30° inclined layout and a unified bed base structure, this design significantly enhances the bending and torsional rigidity during operation. The high rigidity and stability of the integrated base guarantee precision for the entire machine.
2. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous spindle device: magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) with 20 arc seconds positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds C-axis indexing accuracy. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, ensuring nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM. It improves workpiece surface finish and features a rear-mounted rotor for quick installation and maintenance. The spindle motor's cooling system suppresses thermal displacement effects, maintaining a constant operating temperature.
