The two-axis lathe can process both ends of the workpiece simultaneously in one clamping, significantly streamlining manual operations, amplifying output, and reducing processes. The second spindle facilitates full turning and seamlessly transfers workpieces during machining, thus minimizing cycle times. The machine boasts an optimized 30-degree inclined structure design, offering high precision, super rigidity, and exceptional cutting stability. The robust lathe bed, crafted from one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron and refined via finite element analysis, ensures remarkable mechanical rigidity and stability. This construction maintains long-term reliable accuracy, enhancing processing stability and tool longevity. Stress relief treatment further enhances accuracy stability. The high-strength roller linear rail design and screw pre-tension transmission system contribute to superior rigidity performance, while the sleek and elegant appearance aligns with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Employs direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, enhancing the workpiece's surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor facilitates faster installation and maintenance. Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a consistent operating temperature. The spindle system undergoes strict dynamic balance testing, offering excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. Capable of both finishing and rough machining, it is ideally suited for mass production of complex shapes with high smoothness.
2. High rigidity integrated design servo power turret. This feature enhances the servo turret's rapid and precise tool changing capabilities. The tool holder utilizes a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, with the power transmission shaft driven by a servo spindle motor.
