Main features of this machine tool:
1. Employs direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, enhancing the workpiece's surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor facilitates faster installation and maintenance. Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement, ensuring a consistent operating temperature.
