Constructed from high-strength HT300 cast iron, the one-piece bed undergoes finite element analysis, offering excellent mechanical rigidity and stability. This ensures long-term reliable precision, enhanced processing stability, and extended tool life. Stress relief treatment further improves precision stability. The high-strength hard rail structure and screw pre-tensioning transmission system elevate rigidity performance.

Main features of this machine tool:

1. The spindle unit features an independent sleeve type, undergoing stringent dynamic balance tests for high precision, excellent precision retention, minimal thermal deformation, and superior thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, the spindle's front end utilizes a large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing and combined oblique contact ball bearing structure. This optimal span two-point balanced support design can handle both radial and axial loads, suitable for high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting. Ideal for mass production of complex, high-precision, and high-finish products.

2. The high-rigidity servo power turret facilitates rapid, precise tool changes. Coupled with high-speed power shaft power milling, it offers superb turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, driven by a servo spindle motor.

3. Equipped with hard rail guide rails and heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws, the machine ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis incorporates a direct transfer axis structure and double anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy.
